Jelissa Prosper, NP Lead

Jelissa is a Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of nursing experience across a broad range of healthcare settings, including critical care , sexual assault care/domestic violence,  HIV prevention (PrEP), palliative care, and community care coordination.

Her diverse clinical background has equipped her with strong assessment skills, clinical decision-making, and patient advocacy skills, enabling her to manage complex health concerns and develop individualized care plans.Jelissa is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and takes a holistic approach that recognizes the physical, emotional, and social aspects of health.

Jelissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) from the Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) Collaborative Nursing Program.

As Spectrum's Clinic Administrator, Dylan oversees the operational backbone of the clinic — from scheduling and communications to clinic workflows and team coordination. Jamie Mergaert, NP — Nurse Practitioner

Jamie brings a grounded, patient-centred approach to sexual health care that makes complex conversations feel straightforward. As a Nurse Practitioner at Spectrum, Jamie conducts virtual PrEP consultations, manages ongoing sexual health needs, and provides evidence-based care with a level of attentiveness that's rare in a digital-first clinic. Jamie is committed to meeting patients exactly where they are — no judgment, no barriers, just care that works for your life.
