‍When you provide your phone number to Spectrum by Equalis Health, it is used solely for healthcare-related communications, appointment reminders, follow-ups, and service-related messages.We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose phone numbers or other personal information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or lead generation purposes.Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.

‍We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Clinical data is stored and transmitted using encrypted, HIPAA/PIPEDA-aligned platforms. Access to patient records is restricted to authorized clinical and administrative personnel only.

‍Health records are retained in accordance with Alberta HIA requirements — a minimum of 10 years from the date of last service, or until a minor patient reaches age 23, whichever is later.
